Interiors designed with Bonetti Kozerski and Witkoff developers, this residential tower is a new icon in the downtown Brooklyn skyline. Studio - 2BR apartments complimented by street level retail and a variety of amenity spaces.

Spaces that designed were; an outdoor pool and cabanas nestled in a landscaped terrace with a rentable bbq area, a basketball court, fitness studios, a club room and adjoining library with private lounges and bar, a kids room, a dog spa and dog run.
